Youngevity was organized and made operational by the personal efforts of Steve Wallach and his staff.

Steve gathered experienced people around him and set up the mission, budget, marketing and compensation structure for Youngevity. His personal commitment to succeed and a relentless approach to hard work have made Youngevity a story of success.

He is fondly referred to as the "GIC" or "guy in charge" by both the corporate staff as well as the distributor force. He is sought after for his business savvy, creative marketing, personal training, and friendship. Though he directs and leads a large corporation, his approach is personal and individual with everyone he meets. Together with Michelle, his wife, they work daily to lead Youngevity and its members to new heights.
